Our Story
Cherwell Associates was born from a simple observation: Egyptian talent is world-class, but often lacks the right connections to the European market. Meanwhile, Scandinavian companies face rising costs and talent shortages.
Our founders, with their prestigious backgrounds from Oxford, Cambridge, and Harvard Business School, recognized this opportunity. Having worked extensively in both Western Europe and Egypt, they built Cherwell to create a bridge between these two worlds.

Our Social Impact
At Cherwell, we believe in giving back to the communities we work with. That's why we're proud supporters of TechGirls Cairo, a non-profit organization dedicated to teaching STEM skills to young Egyptian girls.
For every successful placement we make, we fund a full scholarship for a girl to participate in the TechGirls coding bootcamp, helping to build the next generation of female tech leaders in Egypt.
We also actively encourage our clients to participate in mentorship programs, connecting Scandinavian tech leaders with ambitious young Egyptian women pursuing careers in technology.
