Our recruitment services include:
Service Fees: Recruitment fees are typically calculated as a percentage of the candidate's first-year annual salary. Specific fee structures will be outlined in individual service agreements.
Our EOR services include:
Service Fees: EOR services are typically charged as a monthly fee per employee or a percentage of the total payroll. Specific pricing will be detailed in your service agreement.
Our workspace services include:
Service Fees: Workspace services are typically billed on a monthly basis according to the size and requirements of your team. Additional services may incur separate charges.
Services may be terminated according to the notice periods specified in your individual service agreement. Early termination fees may apply. Specific termination provisions will vary based on the service type and agreement terms.
Where applicable, specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs) will be included in your service contract. These SLAs outline performance metrics, response times, and quality standards for our services.
We will maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the course of our service relationship. Specific confidentiality terms are included in each service agreement.
Cherwell Associates reserves the right to modify these Service Terms. Any changes will be communicated to active clients and will take effect as specified in the notification.
